CEEP has been called upon to evaluate programs of organizations committed to health, human services, and community development, many focused on the needs of youth and at-risk populations. Two very important strengths CEEP staff have applied to projects in this field are their understanding of collaborative programming across several organizations and their ability to effectively communicate with hard-to-reach population segments.
