Evaluation Support for the Creative Alternative Programs

The Center worked with Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne to increase the evaluation capacity of its Creative Alternative Programs (CAP) grant program and community-based organizations that implement CAP-funded programs in northeast Indiana. The Center developed data collection instruments and conducted training about use of the instruments. The Center also provided assistance and made recommendations toward revising the organization's current evaluation requirements and reporting format used by grantees. Follow-up was provided to assist with analysis and provide additional support as needed.
