CEEP's evaluation of the Indiana Reading Excellence Demonstration Program (IREAD) examines the following: - Program planning
- The transfer of scientifically based reading research (SBRR) strategies into the classroom
- Lessons learned from professional development opportunities, including the use of assessments to inform instruction
- The sustainability of the school's literacy capacity through the institutionalization of core elements of the program
- Program impact on student and school performance measures
- The process of school change
