Evaluation of the Ripley County CAPE Initiative

Term: February 2000–December 2004

The Ripley County Learning Network (RCLN) is funded by a three-year Lilly Endowment Community Alliances to Promote Education (CAPE) grant. It was established to achieve "virtual consolidation" of Ripley County's four school corporations. This is being done through technological infrastructure, coordinated curriculum development, and professional development.

CEEP's evaluation seeks to:

Provide timely information useful for program improvement
Assess the overall impact in achieving RCLN objectives and success indicators
Determine the success of each program
