Evaluation of the Marshall County CAPE Initiative
Client: Marshall County Lifelong Learning Network, Inc. Term: February 2002–December 2004
The Marshall County Lifelong Learning Network (LLN) is an initiative of the Marshall County Community Foundation funded by a three-year CAPE grant from the Lilly Endowment. The goal of the initiative is to provide county residents quality, affordable, and accessible educational programs. The three major programs of the initiative are The Crossroads Academy, The Childcare Provider Education Incentive Program, and Stronger Together. This evaluation seeks to: - Provide timely information useful for program improvement
- Assess the overall impact in achieving LLN objectives and success indicators
- Determine the success of each program
