Evaluation of the CAPE Initiative of Wabash County

Term: March 2001–January 2004

The Lilly Endowment funds Community Alliances to Promote Education (CAPE) throughout Indiana. Community foundations were invited to apply for grants to address broad local education needs. The Center evaluated the programs funded in Wabash County, ranging from childcare to educational awareness programs.
