Teacher Turnover: An Analysis of Public School Teachers in Four Midwestern States

This project examined the factors that contributed to teacher turnover in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin over a five-year period. Research in this area gave insight into the personal and professional characteristics of teachers who remained in and left teaching.
