Evaluation of SERVE's Education Leadership Program

Client: SouthEast Regional Vision for Education (SERVE, Inc.)
Term: June 2000–December 2000

SERVE, a federally-funded regional educational laboratory, asked the Center to evaluate the Samford Summer Institute for Teacher Excellence and the Teacher of the Year Advisory Committee, both part of its Education Leadership Program.

The Center's evaluation was designed to:

Help the client understand how participants interact with project activities
Document the effects of the projects on participants
Obtain in-depth information to improve the projects
Illustrate the significance of the projects in teacher/school literature
