Evaluation of School Reform Initiatives in Indiana
Client: Indiana Department of Education Term: July 1999–June 2002
The Division of Compensatory Education of the Indiana Department of Education asked the Center to evaluate and explain factors that impede or facilitate substantive reform in schools served by Title I Programs and the Division throughout Indiana. The project examined contextual, administrative, curricular, and support factors and their relationship to the reform progress in schools.
