Evaluation of the IndyAfterSchool 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program

CEEP and the YMCA are working together to produce a comprehensive evaluation of this program. The YMCA has collected data regarding attendance, grades, test scores, and perceptions of the program, assisted in collecting pre- and post-test data, and has also provided feedback to CEEP.

CEEP has assisted in developing teacher and parent surveys as well as pre- and post-tests in program areas that require these evaluation components. Also, CEEP has assisted in developing a system for administering these surveys, contacted sites to arrange for site visits, conducted site visits, and included analyses and summaries of results provided by external evaluators from the attendance database and the Search Institute Surveys.
