Although researchers at the Center for Evaluation & Education Policy (CEEP) have a broad range of experience and capabilities, CEEP’s projects focus on five “Areas of Excellence.”

We have conducted projects on the national, regional, and local levels. There are state-level CEEP projects ongoing or recently concluded in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Kentucky.

To design and implement evaluations and policy analyses, CEEP draws from a range of models and approaches, many of which our staff pioneered, such as the holistic program evaluation model (Metcalf & Muller, 2002) and the model for classifying and studying school reforms (St. John et al., 2000).

Our breadth of experience and resources allow the most efficient and effective methodology for each client’s unique goals. When necessary, CEEP’s resources are partnered with additional highly qualified academics, consultants, and organizations to meet specific client needs.
