Program Basics

Welcome to the Kentucky 21st Century Community Learning Center Policies & Procedures Manual!

You will find a variety of resources on this site that can assist you in the administration and operation of your Community Learning Center. Among the resources are links to websites of key agencies and organizations which provide a wealth of information on after-school programs. In addition, you’ll find practitioner-oriented reports offering tips and strategies for managing effective after-school programs and copies of evaluation reports and presentations based on actual Kentucky program data. Finally, you will find samples of forms developed by other KY 21st CCLC program directors or their staff throughout Kentucky. You are welcome to use these samples to create similar documents for your own program.
