• School registration and survey fees calculated on this site are tentative. All costs, excluding fees for special analyses, will be finalized when your HSSSE registration is confirmed.
• Schools will be invoiced for an amount reflecting their registration fee, survey fee (based on survey population), and the cost of any additional analyses requested.
• Schools will be contacted if there are questions about information provided during registration. Schools also may be asked for additional information once registration is complete.

• Schools should contact the HSSSE office directly to amend any information provided during the HSSSE online registration.

• The HSSSE office and the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
• HSSSE staff members will review registration information and be in contact with you.

• When registering for HSSSE or sending e-mails to us, you are communicating with HSSSE and the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy electronically.
• By doing so, you consent to having both the primary contact and secondary contact (if provided) persons from your school receive electronic communications from us.
• Further, you agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications sent electronically to you satisfy any and all legal requirements as if such communications had been provided in writing.
