| The cost of participating in HSSSE 2007-2008 includes a participation/user fee, and a survey fee based on total school enrollment.
I. Participation/User Fee
Upon registration, each school pays a nonrefundable participation/user fee of $200.
II. Survey Fee
Each school pays a per-student survey fee, based on total school enrollment, as detailed in the chart below:
The fees cover all survey materials, shipment of materials to your school, shipment of completed surveys back to our office, scanning of completed surveys, and production and shipment of school data reports with survey results.
